Just for the sake of clarity:
17:00 MET is 16:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
For the Yanks out there: 16:00 GMT is 4:00 pm GMT
You can check the time diff. with GMT at your local site
by using the UNIX command date -u

PS: I will log the entire convention and will put the resulting
    text.Z on our ftp site.
    Also since having the convention at regenesis seems to be
    the most logical thing, I will see to it that the 'say'
    command there will get fixed before Feb 19th.
