This SID instrument is, yes... Just try it on high pitches, press one key, press another and you\'ll get quite nervous. T\'was funny to create and sounds like its name. 

Use it as an effect, I presume and look how I used LFO to create this. Its stereo, so the midi-control panning is disconnected.
